SOLE MIO is a relaxed private apartment and awaits you in a peaceful setting. As the properties are personally managed by the owner, high standards of cleanliness and comfort are assured. The apartment is completely equiped for all your needs. Apartment 2 SOLE MIO is composed with a nice roof terrace with wood furnishment and awfull views over the fields to the sea. It is a cool attic thanks to a very good insulation of the apartment - cool in summer, warm in winter. The roof terrace is shaddowed by a pergola (unfortunately not visible on the photos), which protects you against the sun during the day and the fresh sea breeze in the evenings.

Thanks to our location 200 m above the sea level and the refreshing nice sea breeze, you won’t miss the air condition.
